Over the last few years, Voxburner has seen significant growth, becoming the leading voice within the youth marketing industry. To support their growth, they wanted to use HubSpot as the all-in-one solution.

Challenges

Our goal was to allow Voxburner to use Hubspot in an integral way, compiling all relevant data and delivering sales and marketing campaigns as well as customer service.

However, migrating from Mailchimp to HubSpot requires a carefully planned process. It encompasses data mapping and modelling, data conditioning, and data preparation to bridge both platforms. User training would also need to be factored in.

Once HubSpot was complete, it was also important to work closely with Voxburner on their ongoing email marketing strategy to ensure they’re maximising their investment and growing the business.
